Cancellation Policy

Tour Cancellations You can cancel your tours up to 24 hours before departure and receive a full refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations If a scheduled day tour is cancelled by us due to poor weather conditions, we can arrange for you to go on the tour on a different day. If that does not work with your schedule, we can also offer an alternative activity at no additional cost or give you a full refund.

How to Cancel or Change a Booking

Cancellations All cancellations must be made by sending an email to info@tripsandtransfers.is.

Refund Requests Refunds of past services need to be requested within 15 days after the completion of the tour/package services. All refund requests must be made through email to info@tripsandtransfers.is with the email subject: Refund Request – “Order number”.

Booking Changes We do not charge anything for helping you change or rearrange your booking for all types of tours and packages. However, costs may change accordingly with your new details, depending on hotel rates, etc. In such cases, we will notify you about any increased costs or refund you the difference.

Changes in Group Size Changing the number of people in a booking to a smaller number is considered a cancellation for the change in number of participants.

Advance Notice for Changes For any tour or package booked, please let us know your changes at least 24 hours in advance for the change to take effect. Please note that we might not be able to fulfill your changed requirements due to lack of availability, but we will always do our best.

Pickups

Pickup Location and Time During the booking process, you will be able to choose a pickup location and starting time. If you do not show up for the scheduled pickup time and location stated on your booking, your reservation is non-refundable.

Updating Pickup Location If you do not know your pickup location at the time of booking, you can choose to update your pickup location later, up to 24 hours before tour departure. Please send an email to info@tripsandtransfers.is with your pickup location.

Terms of Payment

  1. Pricing All prices are set in Euro and calculated based on the most current exchange rate. Please note that the currency exchange rate is subject to change and is not controlled by Trips and Transfers, nor can it be considered a valid reason for a refund.
  2. Payment Methods When you reserve online, a full payment is charged to your credit card unless special terms apply. To reserve group bookings and packages for more than 15 people, you can contact us by email and make a 50% down payment. We will then start reserving your trip to secure you the best price. General Terms

Tripcampers ehf cannot be liable for any loss, expenses, theft, damage, accidents, injuries, sickness, or death during your tour due to any action or inaction on your behalf. The same applies to any changes in tour schedule due to weather, flight delays, strikes, or any other force majeure. Tour operators reserve the right to change routes, schedules, and itineraries if needed because of weather, road conditions, or should the necessity arise due to unforeseen reasons. We advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to minimize possible losses due to unforeseeable situations during your travel.

Right to Modify

Tripcampers ehf reserves the right to modify or amend its Terms of Service at any time without notice. However, this will not apply to bookings already placed and paid in full or partially. Tripcampers ehf also reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of its Terms of Service and the Terms and Conditions of the website.
